b. Collectors and Buyers

Buyers agree that all purchases made through Dality are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
Dality acts as a facilitator between artists and buyers and is not directly responsible for:

  • The authenticity of artworks not verified by Dality.

  • Shipping delays, damages, or customs fees.

  • Disputes between artists and buyers beyond our control.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments on Dality are processed securely through our approved payment partners.

  • Artists may be charged service fees or commissions as stated on the platform.

  • Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies, but charges will be processed in the platform’s base currency.

  • Dality reserves the right to update fees or payment structures with prior notice.

6. Auctions

By participating, you agree to abide by auction rules including:
